Early 19th century. 2-storey, 2-bay, asymmetrical crowstepped gabled house (divided internally) sited close to rear (E) of Nos 8-10 (listed separately), adjoining No 16 to E. Pointed rubble with cconcrete cills.
W (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: part-glazed timber panelled door at ground to centre; window offset to left at 1st floor above. Window at ground in bay to right.
S (SIDE) ELEVATION: 2-bay gabled elevation. Deep-set part-glazed timber panelled door at ground to left. Window at each floor to right; gablehead stack above.
N( SIDE) ELEVATION: single bay gabled elevation. Window to left at ground; gablehead stack above.
12-pane timber sash and case windows with some modern glazing. Grey slate roof; stone ridge; corniced rubble stacks to N and S; uPVC rainwater goods.
INTERIOR: not seen, 1997.
