Late 18th century with later alterations/re-working. Single storey, 3 bay cottage forming part of terrace with lower single storey, 2-bay wing (former coach house/workshop) to outer left. Squared and snecked tooled cream sandstone rubble; droved long and short surrounds to openings; flush cills.
NW (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: main block with boarded timber door at centre; single windows in flanking bays. Lower wing to left with 2 leaf boarded timber garage doors in bay to right; single window to outer left.
SE (REAR) ELEVATION: lean-to addition obscuring bays to left; single window in bay to right; box dormer above. Adjoining stable block projecting to outer right with boarded timber doors in return to left.
Main block with 4-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows; 8 pane, lying-pane glazing in timber sash and case window to outer left; modern glazing at rear; small skylights. Grey slate steeply pitched roofs; raised stone skews. Coped brick apex stack; single circular can.
INTERIOR: not seen 1998.
