Late 18th century, with later alterations. 2-storey, 3-bay house with single storey sections to rear and outer right. Painted rubble. Gabled 1st floor windows to N and S elevations; timber gable skews. Painted surrounds to window openings.
S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: stone steps to central entrance; arched timber lattice porch; glazed timber door; letterbox fanlight; single window aligned above at 1st floor; square stone plaque above; timber finial to gable apex; bracketed timber eaves. Regular fenestration to flanking bays. Single window to lower height section to outer right.
W (SIDE) ELEVATION: single bay. Single windows at ground and 1st floor (non-aligned) to right. Small single window to lean-to to left.
N (REAR) ELEVATION: single window to central bowed single storey section; single window within later brick work to right; glazed timber door to left. Single windows flanking at ground floor to main house; 3 single windows at 1st floor (elongated stair window to centre). Timber door to single storey lean-to to outer right; timber door and single window to single storey section to outer left.
Predominantly 4-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; stone skews; coped stacks; polygonal cans.
INTERIOR: not seen 1999.
