Description

Probably 18th century. Segmentally-arched over Rossie Drain. Roughly coursed rubble with rubble coping and dressed ashlar voussoirs. Serpentine approach walls, that to W with some coping stones missing (see Notes).

Statement of Interest

Rossie Drain was created sometime during the mid to late 18th century to drain Rossie Loch, with an old coach road passing over the bridge. Coping stones from W are visible at the bottom of the bank.
