Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay tenement with pend and piended dormers. Painted rubble to N elevation. Base and eaves courses, painted margins.

N (entrance) elevation: 6-panelled, fanlit door to centre flanked by enlarged window to right and window to left, pend with iron gate to outer right. 3 windows at 1st floor.

S (rear) elevation: 2-storey projection with spiral stair.

Plate glass (at ground) and 12-pane sash and case windows. Grey slate roof, ashlar coped skews, harled coped stacks to gables, slate-hung dormers, rounded at angles.
