Late 19th century. Single storey, 3-bay, gabled cottage. Polychrome brick with stone cills and mullions.
E (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: centre bay with steps up to open timber-pedimented porch, panelled timber door and plate glass fanlight; advanced gabled bay to right with slate-roofed triangular bipartite window, and further bipartite in bay to left.
N ELEVATION: bipartite window in gabled bay to right, dominant shouldered stack to left.
W ELEVATION: window to right and stack as above to left, small later bay with modern window to right.
S ELEVATION: stepped bay with 2 low piended bays projecting from higher gables, bay to right with 2 windows, that to left with single window.
4-pane glazing pattern in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates. Coped polychrome brick stacks with full complement of polygonal cans. Overhanging eaves with plain bargeboarding and decorative timber braces.
