Circa 1810. 2 storey, 3-bay, symmetrical, rectangular-plan, gabled house divided into 2. Canted dormers. Harled, coursed Caithness stone slabs. Picture window and doorway to left. Central doorway flanked by windows to right. Regular fenestration with projecting margins to upper storey. Modern additions abutting sides. Rear elevation not seen 2001.
INTERIOR: not seen 2001.
Plate glass windows. Grey slates, lead flashing. Coped gable stacks, cast-iron rainwater goods.
