Description

Later 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay, rectangular-plan gabled house in Breadalbane Estate style with stone dormers. Squared local mica/chlorite slate rubble with lined pointing and stone cills.

E (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: symmetrical. 2-leaf modern hardwood part-glazed timber door with plate glass fanlight to centre at ground, windows in flanking bays and regular fenestration to 1st floor, 3 dormer windows breaking eaves. Side elevation of Viewfield, 45 Dunkeld Street (listed separately) adjoining to outer left.

N ELEVATION: plain gabled elevation.

W (REAR) ELEVATION: dormer window to centre.

Plate glass glazing in timber sash and case windows. Graded grey slates. Coped ashlar stack with cans. Overhanging eaves with plain bargeboarding.

BOUNDARY WALLS AND GATE: low saddleback-coped boundary walls with decorative cast-iron gate.
