Description

Early 19th century. Single span bridge running E-W. Squared, grey granite with red granite arch rings. Coped parapet terminating in square piers with shallow pyramidal caps.

Statement of Interest

V-shaped masons marks visible on outer side of N parapet forms part of the settlement landscape of Coull, crossing the river and leading the road across the flood plain towards the raised ground to the E upon which stand the church, manse (see separate listings) and castle, the road turning abruptly to the north at the manse.
