FURTHER DESCRIPTION: symmetrical S elevation with 2 boarded timber doors and decoratively-astragalled fanlights. Single window to E and W elevations.
15-pane glazing pattern in top-hopper windows. Grey slates. Coped ashlar stacks. Deeply overhanging eaves with exposed rafters and plain bargeboarding. Cast iron rainwater goods.

An interesting late example of a well-detailed small dairy associated with the Edinglassie Estate, sited at the mouth of Glen Ernan. No longer in use as a dairy.
