Mid C19; built as a Baptist College and became a private house ca 1900.
Late Georgian 3-storey, 3-window rendered front. Tall hipped slate roof, roughcast chimney stack to right and wide boarded eaves, horned 9 and 12 pane sash windows. Overall simple classical shop front with cornice and paired pilasters flanking openings; tripartite small pane windows and central double boarded doors. Polished granite plinth and railed steps.
2-window right hand side with similar detail and doorway to right end.
