History

Early C19.

Exterior

Late Georgian townhouse, attached at one side, stepped back from nos.9-10. Walls of stucco with raised bands and quoin strip, sillbands, plinth and window surrounds; pantile roof and brick end stacks. Double-pile plan behind narrow frontage. Three storeys and basement. Single window range of 4-pane sashes with exposed frames. Recessed doorway to left under bracketed hood, steps to panelled door. Shallow forecourt with spear railings incorporating light-well to basement.
