History

Probably late C18.

Exterior

House attached at each side, sharing the same roof-line and frontage as number 12. Rendered with scored unpainted roughcast, slate roof. Three storeys. Single window range of 6-pane sashes with narrow glazing bars in reveals. Ground floor window to left of square-headed doorway with wooden doorcase, fluted pilasters, leaded hood and recessd studded door. Rear elevation to Hocker Hill Street has similar windows and a doorway now the main entrance.
