Built with local stone, random rubble walls with some freestone quoins, and an artificial stone tile roof. Large opposed doors (renewed) with two slit vents to either side. Splayed ventilation slits on three levels to both gables, one on the north gable now widened to a taking-in door. Rear elevation not seen.
Five bay interior with queen strut tie-beam trusses resting on wall-heads, stone threshing floor.
Included for its special interest as a well preserved early C18 barn of regional type, which forms part of a group with Glanffrwd Mill.
