An early C19 house shown on the 1834 town plan.
A 3-storey house of 3 unequal bays, of scribed render and slate roof. The doorway, offset to the R, has a fielded-panel door and a replaced overlight. In the lower storey is a 12-pane sash window in the L-hand bay, while the R-hand bay is blank. In the middle storey are 12-pane hornless sash windows in the outer bays, while the corresponding upper-storey windows are a 9-pane hornless sash L and a sash of 3 over 2 panes to the R. The central bay has blind windows in the middle and upper storeys.

Listed as an early C19 town house retaining original character, and for its contribution to the historic integrity of the walled town.
