Earlier C19 terraced house with unusual fanlight detail, the same detail appearing on No 32 which has been raised to 3 storeys, the projecting corner stones suggesting that the same was intended for No 31.
Terraced house, painted roughcast with slate close-eaved roof and end stacks, the right end stack raised up on end-wall of No 32. Two storeys, 3 bays, offset to left with plate glass sashes, upper ones under eaves and central window blank. Centre 6-panel door in arched surround with fanlight of 3 radiating petal shapes. Timber Roman Doric open pedimented doorcase with fluted pilasters and dentils. Raised plinth.
Included as an earlier C19 terraced house in late Georgian style with timber Doric doorcase.
