Exterior

Circa 1850 terraced house, painted stucco with slate roof and rendered N end stack. Two-storey two-window range, two twelve-pane sashes above, door and 16-pane sash below, the surrounds slightly moulded and a first-floor sill band. Door has two concrete steps, three-panel door and arched head with plain fanlight. Modillion cornice under fanlight has gone since 1981.

Reasons for Listing

Group value as part of Nos 19 to 33 (odd), a terraced row retaining parts of its original character.
