History

Early C19 in character but possibly with earlier origins. From within appears to have been built against end wall of Boleyn House.

Exterior

Shop with accommodation above. Early C19 stuccoed front of 3 storeys. Slate roof; brick stack to R. Single tripartite sash window with small-pane glazing on both first and second floors. On ground floor, a shop front with fascia and cornice and with shop window comprising a wide sash window and with architrave frame; half-glazed door to L.
