Exterior details are Mid C19 or later in style, but probable C18 origins. The pair seem to have been extensively rebuilt in later C20.
Pair of houses faced in cement rendering. Two storeys. Four window front. Slate roof; stone stack at each end, southern stack with eaves of Hamilton House built round it. Each house has a central doorway with panelled door in deep reveal, and two-4-paned sash windows on each floor.
