Exterior

History: Built as part of a longer terrace with Nos 41-42, and probably mid C18 in origin: Nos 41-42 were described as newly built in 1747.

Exterior: Painted brick with slate roof. 2 storeyed with attic, 2-window range. Inserted shop front to group floor, and 2x12-pane sash windows above. Modillion eaves cornice.

Part of a group of C18 town houses, retaining some original detail.
