History

Early-mid C19 2-storey cottage.

Exterior

Uncoursed rubble stonework with slate roof. Two bays. Exterior: Symmetrical facade with central 6-fielded and panelled door within an inset frame, and having an flat canopy on cut brackets. Tall 2-light windows casement windows to ground floor with 4-pane overlights, and 2-light upper floor windows. Gable stacks with white clayware pots. Rear elevation is approached by a flight of 8 steps. Central inset door and C20 timber windows.

In front of the front wall, a cast iron fountain.
