Late C19.
L-shape range, part of planned courtyard layout. Good quality coursed stone rubble walls, slate roof, cambered heads to yard openings, triangular ventilators to roadside elevations.
West range incorporates two-storey cowhouses with loft; rear feeding passage, halved and pegged trusses. The end nearest the house was traphouse with two-horse stable. The front of the north range has been partially demolished and the roof extended to form a modern covered yard. Stone built pigsties complete the courtyard.
Included as part of a very prominent grouping of distinctive charactr beside the Whitton to Evenjobb road.
