Exterior

Regency symmetrical 2-storey, 3-window stucco front scribed to 1st floor and channelled to ground floor below band course. Slate roof with brick end chimney stacks; wide bracket eaves swept out over full height tripartite bow windows with fluted timber colonnettes dividing small pane sash glazing. Twelve-pane sash window to centre over doorcase with bracket cornice and fluted columns; panelled reveals and 6-panel door. Original lead piping retained to front. Front rendering wraps around the corner with quoins to 1st floor. Sash windows to rear with lower eaves.

Interior

Interior retains contemporary detail including panelled shutters and arched niches; gilded and painted paterae cornice to entrance hall with foliated semi-circular arch leading to curved openwell staircase; wave moulded tread ends.
