History

Early to mid C19

Exterior

Farmhouse in whitewashed rubble stone with slate roof and whitewashed stone stacks. Two-storey three-window main range between stacks with larger stack to right, and then one-window section to right, all of a single build and under single roof. Cambered headed 12-pane sashes with stone voussoirs and painted slate sills, ledged centre door with traceried overlight to main house in stone lean-to porch with slate pent roof, and ledged door with small-paned overlight to right section. Outshut rear.

Attached to left, with slightly lower ridge height is two-storey two-window outbuilding with small window and stable door below, and upper window under eaves and former loading door now blocked for narrow window above. Whitewashed stone end stack.

Cobbled pavement with cast iron water-pump in front.
