Mid C19.
Terraced house, painted roughcast and stucco with slate eaves roof and brick end stacks. Two-storey three-window range of original hornless 12-pane sashes with painted slate sills and centre half-glazed door with fanlight. Stucco window surrounds with keystones, first floor sill band and angle quoins. Door is in early C20 lean-to timber glazed porch with leaded stained glass. Matching glass in fanlight.
Group value with other listed houses in High Terrace, which was built up c1850. One of the few retaining original small-paned glazing.
