History

Early to mid C19.
Probably the item 16 marked on 1847 Tithe Map, the house owned by D Evans of Neuadd and occupied by Lewis Davies.

Exterior

Terraced house in unpainted pebbledash and stucco with slate roof and rendered end stacks. Two-storey three-window range with C20 plastic sashes, centre door without overlight. Unpainted quoins, sill band and surrounds with keystones as on No 1.

House is raised on terrace with roughcast front wall.

Reasons for Listing

Included for group value despite altered windows, as part of the earliest terraced row in New Quay.
