Exterior

Early to mid C19 cottage in rubble stone with grouted roof and W end whitewashed stone stack. Single storey, L-plan with slightly lower SE wing. Single storey with loft. 12-pane sashes with red brick cambered heads, two to main range, door and one sash to E side of wing. Ledged door with red brick flat head. Wing has S end small loft window with brick head. Whitewashed W end wall to main range with loft window. Outshut rear with two C20 dormers.

Curving whitewashed rubble wall to front garden.

A pair of cottages are marked on site of Nos 6 and 8 on 1840 Tithe Map.
