Exterior

Mid C19 small house in rubble stone with grouted slate roof and stone end wall stacks. One and a half storeys, double fronted with centre ledged door and slated gabled brick porch. C20 12-pane casement each side. Cambered brick heads. Two gabled eaves dormers with grouted roofs and small paned casements. Slate sills. Outshut rear with C20 dormers. Two W end windows.

Reasons for Listing

Not marked on 1840 Tithe Map.

Included as good example of smaller traditional house in the region.
