Exterior

Circa l800 altered, house in stucco with brick end stacks and slate roof. Two-storey three-window range of cl910 windows. Top floor has sashes, small-paned upper sash, and moulded architraves; ground floor has two big cl910 projecting bays with downswept parapets each side of original 6-panel door with traceried fanlight and fine Roman Doric open-pedimented timber doorcase.

Reasons for Listing

Included for group value as part of a terrace of houses Nosá111-9 (odd) which are substantially of the first phase of the new town cl797-l8l0. Known as Haven View in l950.
