Exterior

Circa l800 terrace house, part of a once uniform pair wth No 121, slate-hung and colourwashed with slate roof and red brick W end stack. Similar to No 117. Two-storey two-window front with l2-pane sashes above, 12-pane sash below and door to right. Plain C20 door.

Reasons for Listing

Included for group value with Nos 111-7 (odd) as one of the relatively unaltered early houses in Milford, built as part of the planned town between l797 and l8l0.
