History

One of a pair of early C19 cottages.

Exterior

Two window bays with outer doorway to right hand; sash windows with horns both on first floor and below; extra sash window at left hand end on ground floor. Door bay with ledged door stone porch with slate roof. Lean-to addition with stone walls curves round to R. Rear wing facing yard. Front garden enclosed by very low rubble wall with ashlar coping and wrought iron railingsood fence; gateway to left hand flanked to each side by stone blocks with peaked capping.

Reasons for Listing

One of a pair of early C19 cottages retaining overall character. Group value with each other.
