History

C19 terraced house, apparently predating No 7 adjoining.

Exterior

Terraced house, painted stucco lined as ashlar, with slate close eaved roof and no chimneys. Two storeys, 2 bays offset to right, with large 4-pane sashes, and arched doorway in ground floor left bay. Four-panel door with plain fanlight. Ground floor right window is aligned further in than window above.

Reasons for Listing

Included as part of the group of earlier C19 stucco houses along St Mary's Street.
