History

Early C19 house formerly on E edge of old village of Llanbadarn Fawr. Occupied in 1926 by D. Richards.

Exterior

House, rubble stone with slate roof, and stone stacks at original end walls. Two storeys, originally three-window, offset to right, but another bay added in matching style to right in mid to later C19. Twelve pane hornless sashes each floor each side of board door with stuccoed blank window above. Stone voussoirs, slate sills. Added section to right has horned 12-pane sash each floor, door to right and stone voussoirs to cambered heads. Rear is not outshut.

Included as a smaller Georgian style house, one of the older houses of the village.
