Later Georgian. Formerly a service range to number 47, the two divided in 1980s, at which time a second ground floor archway for garage was created.
Large Georgian house, attached at each side. Walls of scored unpainted roughcast; slate roof with brick ridge stack. Three storeys. Wide frontage, a 3-window range of 12-pane sashes with narrow glazing bars in reveals. Ground floor doorway to left with bracketed dentilled hood, 6-panel door; 2 wide recessed openings to right.
Listed as a larger Georgian townhouse. The Three Tuns Inn, Ashburne House, Numbers 33-50 Bridge Street and Powis Almshouses form a continuous group of listed buildings. Group value with other adjacent listed buildings.
