History

Probably early C19. Enson House is marked on the Tithe Survey (1839) as a house and garden owned by Thomas Roberts and William Richards, occupied by Rose Roberts.

Exterior

Modern door and windows within original openings. Lightly constructed porch.

Reasons for Listing

One of a pair of houses which have preserved something of their formal early Victorian or Regency character notwithstanding alterations; also listed for group value as part of a group including Minafon, Maesgwyn, Hanmer House and Haulfre.
