Built in the second half of the C19 and first shown on the 1889 Ordnance Survey.
A late-Georgian style 2½-storey 2-bay house of pebble-dashed walls, slate roof (with skylight) and shared brick stack. Entrance is in the outer bay with a half-glazed panel door under a narrow overlight. Windows are 16-pane hornless sashes.
Not inspected.
Listed for its special architectural interest as a C19 town house of definite character, and for its contribution to the historical integrity of Wexham Street.
