History

Small house added to the gable of the existing No. 37 in the early/mid C19 and with alteration to detailing since.

Exterior

Rendered and painted with a Welsh slate roof. Double depth plan with entry to right. Two storeys and attic, one window. Ground floor has paired 2 over 2 pane sashes and entrance in lean-to porch. First floor has 8 8 pane casement. Plain roof built round the external stack of No. 37, gabled dormer with 8 8 pane casement. Rear elevation not seen.
