Early to mid C19.
No.33 has rendered 2-window front Ground floor rusticated. Giant pilasters at ends on upper floors. Window openings with moulded architraves; sash windows without glazing bars and triple sash on ground floor. Pedimented doorcase to right hand with fielded panelled reveals and fielded panelled door.
A row of mid C19 houses preserving overall character despite some alterations. No 30 is listed only for group value, as a structural part of this row of three-storey houses. The row has group value with other listed buildings in The Watton.
