Probably mid C19, perhaps with later shopfronts. The name "Viaduct House" refers to the demolished railway viaduct which formerly crossed the Struet about 30m to the South.
Shopfront to No.99 has 4-light window between doorways; ledged door to right hand and half-glazed panelled door to left hand both with rectangular fanlights. Rear elevations of stone rubble with brick dressings.
Early-to-mid C19 pair with well-preserved character and good C19 shopfronts. Group Value with adjacent listed properties in The Struet.
