Apparently early C18. Built of small dressed and coursed rubble and large flush
quoins. Pantile roof. 2 storeys. 3 two light 1st floor casements in recessed
frames. 2 windows on ground floor with segmental heads, one a cross window with
beaded inner edges; the other one similar, part blocked. 1 highly cambered and
1 straight lintel to right. Brick repairs to left with window to ground floor
and doorway to 1st floor. Later lean-to at rear.
Westcroft, Stable Block to Westcroft, Building to north-west and wall, and
Nos 1 and 2 Waldron's Square form a group with the listed buildings on the
north side of the Conigre.
