Early Cl9. 3 storeys. Brick with stone plinth and bands at 1st and 2nd floor
levels; flush stone quoins to right. 1 sash window, 4 panes wide to left and another
3 panes wide to right, on upper floors. On ground floor a 4 pane sash to left
and 6 panel door to right with arched fanlight of oval pattern in stone architrave
with key block. Double roman tile roof with catslide at rear and 2 off ridge chimneys.
No 25 is the survivor of a former terrace With ramped bands.
The listed buildings on the north side of the Conigre form a group with West Croft
and Nos 1 and 2 Waldron's Square in British Row.
