Circa 1800. 2 storey. Bath stone stuccoed. Projecting string at 1st floor level.
Small cornice and parapet with projecting coping. Flanking pilasters. Hipped
slate roof. 3 sash windows in rectangular recess on 1st floor, no glazing bars,
each has lattice pattern cast iron balcony with cast lead rosette ornament. 2
mullioned and transomed French casements in arched recess on ground floor and half-glazed
central door in plain surround under Doric porch of 2 columns with entwined coil,
wall pilasters, entablature and blocking course, approached by 5 steps. Extension
to right hand same design, with 2 windows on 1st floor, with balconies, 1 similar
windows on ground floor and arched stable entry to right hand. 2 square stone
gate piers with incised battered panels, and curved pediment caps.
