Circa 1827. Bath stone ashlar. 2 storeys. Projecting plinth; band over ground
floor. Modern tiled roof with projecting eaves on brackets. 4 stone ridge chimneys.
5 windows on 1st floor, outer 2 in slight breaks, glazing bar sashes with raised
surrounds, having shallow triangular heads. 2 groups of 3 round-headed windows
on ground floor flanking wooden 4 light bay. All with marginal glazing. No 33
has 4 window return with gable lit attic, projecting central porch with Corinthian
caps to piers.

Ros 27 to 33 (consec) and street wall in front form a group.
