Early C19. Two storeys and attic. Coursed and dressed rubble. Three windows on first floor. Double roman tile roof with two gable end chimneys, gable lit attic. Altered windows with glazing bars. Central doorway with brackets to moulded hood, modern door. Modern extensions to rear and to right.

Kennet Cottage and No. 2 and Nos 1 and 3 form a group with the Kings Arms, Wyke Road.
