3/94 Cloatley End Farmhouse

Farmhouse. Early C18 core range with circa 1800 south addition.
Coursed rubble to rear range and side walls of 1800 block, squared
and coursed dressed stone with ashlar dressings to south front;
gabled stone slate roofs with end stone stacks. Two-storey, 3-
window south front. Windows are 16-pane sashes set in deep
reveals. Central doorway with segmental-headed lead hood on
latticework jambs and 6-panel door with semicircular spoked
fanlight. Leaded casement fenestration to rear and lean-to brick
addition with Welsh slate roof.
