5/50 Cadenham Park House

Farmhouse, early C19 altered C20, red brick with ashlar dressings
and slate roof. Coped gables and end stacks. Two storeys. South
front has ashlar plinth, raised band, moulded cornice, parapet,
flush quoins and flush window surrounds. Flemish bond brickwork.
Three-window range with 16-pane sashes to right, 12-pane sash to
first floor centre over door and 4:16:4-pane tripartite sashes to
right. Door is in raised architrave with flush panelled strips
framing and pediment over on consoles. Parallel rear range added
late in C19 and modified in C20 neo-Georgian style with timber
eaves cornice and pedimented off-centre projection. Sashes with
gauged brick heads, tripartite each side, ground floor Venetian
windows with keystones, door with fanlight in open pedimented
surround and 9-pane sash over. Formerly Upper Cadenham Farmhouse.
