Wrongly shown on OS Map as Mintern's Farm.
Detached cottage. Late C17, with mid-C18 bay added to east.
Chequered flint and chalk to C17 part on left, C18 bay is Flemish
bond brick, thatched roof, hipped to right, brick stack to left.
2-storey, 3-window front. Central glazed door with thatched
canopy, either side is one C20 casement. First floor is attic
heightened in C18, in brick, with three C20 casements. To left is
single storey C20 extension. Right return has one 3-light
casement to ground and first floor. Rear is chalk-built, two
casements, one inserted into blocked doorway, attic has two eyebrow
dormers with casements.
Interior has chamfered beams with bar stops, open fireplace with
chamfered, cambered lintel and bread oven.
