Detached cottage. C18 with C19 bay added to west. Limestone and
flint bands, half-hipped thatched roof, brick stacks. Single
storey and attic. 3 windows. To left of C18 part is C20 door with
hoodmould, to right is one 3-light and 2-light ovolo-mullioned
window with hoodmoulds, to left is one 3-light C19 ovolo-mullioned
window with hoodmould. Attic has two 2-light cast-iron casements
to right and one 2-light leaded casement to left. WM 1784 is
scratched onto quoin to left of door. Right return has C20
external stack, single ovolo-moulded casement to attic on left and
right. Rear has two 3-light ovolo-mullioned window and 3-light
ovolo-mullioned window to right, attic has three 2-light casements.
