II
Detached house. Circa 1830. Flemish bond brick to front,
English bond to sides and cob to rear, Welsh slate half-hipped
roof, brick stacks. 2-storey symmetrical front. Central C20
door with stone Tuscan porch, either side is 16-pane sash. First
floor has central French windows with margin panes with coloured
glass, either side is 16-pane sash; all windows with cambered
heads. Left return has 6-pane sash to first floor. Right return
has French windows, half-glazed door and C20 4-light casement to
ground foor, one C20 casement to first floor. To rear is one 2-
light casement with segmental head to ground floor and one 2-light
casement to first floor.
Interior has internal shutters to windows and fireplace with reeded
surround in room to left of entrance. House undergoing renovation
at time of survey (November 1984).
