Detached cottage. Early C17, mid-C19 rebuilding and C20
remodelling. Flint and limestone bands, single-Roman tiled roof,
gable-end brick stacks. Entrance in lean-to on right return. 2-
storey, 2-window front to street. 3-light and 4-light ovolo-
mullioned windows with hoodmoulds, to right is small square blocked
window. First floor has two 2-light C19 casements. Right return
has planked door and 2-light casement to English garden wall bond
brick extension. Left return has one glazed door and attached
greenhouse. Rear has two 2-light C19 casements to ground and first
floors. Attached to rear left is range of single-storey rendered
brick extensions, with Roman tiled roofs and 2-light casements.
Interior not inspected, but said to contain mostly C19 and C20
fittings.
